In India, the film earned Rs 45 crore on its first day, with the overall tally, including overseas earnings, reaching approximately Rs 26 crore, as reported by Sacnilk.com, and surpassing Rs 100 crore. The domestic collection comprises Rs 54 crore plus Rs 9 crore from pre-release shows. Thanks to strong advance bookings and extensive promotional campaigns, The Raja Saab had a solid start at the box office.

While it may not be among Prabhas’ biggest Day 1 hits, these numbers are quite encouraging, especially given its genre and the mixed word-of-mouth. The film, directed by Maruthi and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory, was released on Friday, just ahead of the Sankranthi festival weekend.

Anticipation was high for Prabhas’ return to theatres in this horror-comedy, which generated significant excitement before release. Despite largely negative reviews from critics, the movie saw eager fans flocking to theaters, driven by pre-release buzz and loyal followings.
