Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth has tested positive for Covid-19. The filmmaker informed about her Covid-19 diagnosis on Instagram on Tuesday. She has been hospitalized and shared a picture of herself lying in a hospital bed. Aishwaryaa, has been recently grabbing the headlines for her separation from actor husband Dhanush. She wrote in her post that she contracted the novel coronavirus despite taking all the precautions. She also asked everyone to wear mask and get vaccinated.

Sharing the picture, Aishwaryaa wrote, “Tested positive even after all precautions… got admitted… please mask up get vaccinated and be safe… bring it on 2022! We’ll see what more is that you have in store for me.”

Recently, Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth and Dhanush announced their separation after being together for 18 years. They issued a joint statement that read: “Eighteen years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well-wishers to each other. The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting, and adapting. Today we stand at a place where our paths separate. (We) have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better”.

Reportedly, Rajinikanth is very deeply affected by his daughter’s separation. As reported by sources to Subhash K Jha, for Wion, “Rajini Sir has taken his daughter’s break up very badly. He keeps insisting that the separation is temporary. He has been urging his daughter to mend her marriage.”
