Adhyayan Suman On Signing Films Post Aashram And Not Heeramandi
In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Adhyayan Suman reveals that after signing Bobby Deol’s Aashram and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heermandi, he is awaiting a new project. He said, “After Heeramandi, I took a back step, and it was actually kind of after Aashram I signed a couple of films. But after Heeramandi, I didn’t know which was the most shocking sort of phase to be in. And I didn’t get the kind of roles I expected.”
He further added, “I felt Mr Sanjay Leela Bhansali, look, it was a relatively smaller role, but Zoravar was a very impactful role in the show, that’s why he was spoken about so much. And I thought ab thodi kismat khulegi filmein milegi aur kaam acha milega, roles acha milega, but esa kuch hua nahi aur 6 mahine tak muje hua ki yaar, mai itne vakt tak jo hai soch raha tha life mein opportunity nahi mil rahi hai, I got the opportunity to work with arguably the biggest filmmaker in the country today, Mr Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who came out and spoke about me. Still, you know I didn’t get the work, who am I supposed to blame? Myself or the people in the industry.”
