EXCLUSIVE: Deepshikha Nagpal DEFENDS Kunickaa Sadanand’s Parvarish Remarks On Tanya Mittal; States, “Usne Kisiko Attack Nahi Kiya”

Kunickaa Sadanand and Tanya Mittal had a huge argument in Bigg Boss 19, resulting in the veteran actress questioning the latter’s upbringing; and now, Dipshikkha Nagppal has backed the former. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Dipshikkha clarifies how Kunickaa stated that she is not everyone’s mother in BB19. She reflected on Sadanand’s remarks to be casual. Dipshikkha Nagppal REACTS To Kunickaa Sadanand Being Called Mother In BB19

When asked about the claims of Kunickaa Sadanand becoming the mother in Bigg Boss 19, Dipshikkha Nagppal responded, “Tanya ko maa nahi bola, Tanya unko maa ki tarah dekhti hai — now she (Kunickaa) is a mother, she is an elderly figure. Toh obviously log unko wahi darja denge, respect bhi karenge. Kisi ko accha lagega, kisi ko nahi accha lagega. Because everybody is playing a game. Toh woh uski USP hoti hai. Ek strong contender hai woh. Toh uske liye hoga — kahin na kahin positive-negative hoga. She is not telling anybody ki main kisi ki maa hoon. Unhone clearly bola hai ki main kisi ki maa nahi hoon. Aur maine suna hai kisi ne taana maara tha, ‘Don’t behave like Sweet 16.’ And she gave a very good answer: ‘I can be 16 or 60, doesn’t make any difference to anybody.’ So she never claimed ki main sabki maa hoon.”

Dipshikkha Nagppal On Kunickaa Sadanand’s Parvarish Remarks On Tanya Mittal

When asked about people questioning Kunickaa Sadanand’s ‘parvarish’ remarks on Tanya Mittal, Dipshikkha Nagppal said, “Ab baat ko twist karke bolenge. Usne kisi ki parvarish pe nahi bola — because I am watching Bigg Boss. Tanya ki aadat hai kehne ki: ‘Maine kabhi yeh bhindi nahi dekhi, maine kabhi yeh nahi kiya, maine kabhi woh nahi.’ Toh usne bola, ‘Papa ki pari mat bano, tumhari maa ne nahi sikhaya?’ But this is what even my mother used to say.”

She added, “Main apni beti ko bhi bolti hoon, ‘Teri maa ne kya sikhaya?’ Yeh toh takiya kalam hota hai sab mommies ka. I am sure sabke ghar mein aise hi bolte honge- ‘Arre teri maa ne kya sikhaya?’ Because kuch bhi hota hai toh maa pe hi aata hai. In a casual way, she asked, ‘Tumhari maa ne nahi sikhaya?’ Parvarish ke upar usne kisi ko attack nahi kiya hai. Agar log usko twist karke issue banana chahte hain, toh let them do it — because that is all Bigg Boss is about.”

What Happened Between Tanya-Kunickaa?

Kunickaa Sadanand faced public and housemate backlash after she criticised Tanya Mittal’s upbringing during a kitchen argument. Mentally unstable remarks: Sadanand openly discussed Mittal’s past with another housemate, Neelam Giri, suggesting Mittal was “mentally unstable” and struggling with emotional issues. The conflict is fueled by their opposing accounts of Mittal’s backstory and behaviour. Sadanand and other housemates have questioned the authenticity of Mittal’s life stories, including her relationship with her parents and her claims about her wealthy background. Sadanand disclosed that Mittal had asked for advice about being in love with a married man. Kunickaa’s revelation about the private conversation created further drama and concern among other contestants.
