EXCLUSIVE: Eisha Singh REACTS To Engagement Rumours With Avinash Mishra, Calling It ‘Nonsense’; Says, “ I Want People To Respect Me”

Television star Eisha Singh, who has carved a strong space for herself with shows like Ishq Ka Rang Safed and Sirf Tum, is all set to appear as Ananta in Naagin 7. Speaking candidly and with a touch of sarcasm, Eisha Singh laughed off the rumours, saying, “Mere se zyada dusre excited hai shaadi ke liye, main invited bhi nahi hoon apni engagement ke liye, mujhe khabar bhi nahi hai.” She went on to explain how packed her professional life currently is, adding, “Main do show kar rahi hoon, kuch ek ki tayyari kar rahi hoon. Main kaam mein itni busy hoon aur main bohot khush hoon.”

Addressing how casually marriage rumours are attached to a working woman, she said, “Wahan uda diya ‘shaadi’. I’m like, kya ladki kaam kar rahi hai subah raat, uske paas time nahi hai aur bohot khush hai apne jeevan mein, toh kyun?” While clarifying that marriage is not something she looks down upon, Eisha added, “Not that it’s a bad thing, it’s a part of life, it will happen.”

Eisha Singh Wants People To Respect

However, what clearly upset the actress was the lack of respect and the spread of false claims. She firmly stated, “But I want people to respect me, and I want people to respect that thing ki jab hoga tab bata degi.” Calling out baseless assumptions, she said she dislikes statements like ‘Iski maa ne confirm kiya hai’, adding, “Jab confirm hoga, meri maa saamne aayegi, camera ke aur muh se bolegi.”

Eisha Singh didn’t mince her words while calling out clickbait culture, saying, “Toh ye mangadhant kahaniyan kyun karte hai, pata nahi kya mil jaata hai. For some few clicks, it’s nonsense. For views, you should not do it.” She urged people to shift their attention to her craft, saying, “Aap mere kaam ki baat karo, mere kaam pe focus karo, mera accha-bura kaam pe batao, main zyada khush hoongi.”

Making her stance absolutely clear, the actress concluded by stating, “Meri priority nahi hai. Meri umar hi kitni hai yaar, main kyun karungi? Nahi karna hai mujhe abhi.”
