EXCLUSIVE: Indira Krishnan Opens Up On Ranbir Kapoor’s Transformation From Animal To Ramayana; States, “Jis Intensity Ke Saath Wo Kaam Karta…”

Indira Krishnan is an actress who primarily works in Bollywood and TV shows. She is best known for her appearances in the TV series Krishnaben Khakhrawala (2010) and Krishnadasi (2016). In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Indira Krishnan reflected on Ranbir Kapoor’s transformation from Animal to Ramayana. She also mentioned his dedication to their upcoming film Ramayana was 200%. Indira will be seen playing Kaushalya, the mother of Lord Rama, portrayed by Ranbir.

Talking about Ranbir Kapoor’s transformation from Animal to Ramayana, Indira Krishnan shared an interesting anecdote. She said, “Main shayad iklau‍ti actress hoon jisne Ranbir ka yeh transformation dekha hai, Animal mein bhi aur Ramayana mein bhi. Animal ke time jab main Ranbir se mili thi, toh he already had that kind of, jab wo baat karta tha, uski aankhon mein wo character dikh jaata tha. Wo hamesha thoda secluded baithta tha. He’s very well-versed, matlab apne kaam ko bahut achhi tarah se jaanta hai.”

She continued, “Ranbir ek aise artist hain jise main sabhi artists mein number one pe rakhoongi; only because, not just out of respect. But because jis intensity ke saath wo kaam karta hai. Aur mujhe lagta hai, wo director ko bahut maante hain. Bahut kam actors hote hain jo apne directors ko itna respect dete hain. Ranbir works on the nuances, and wo yeh bhi notice karta hai ki agar kahin na kahin director convince nahi hai, toh wo us scene ko phir se karta hai. So I think he is an absolute delight to work with. Because usko aap jaise chahein mould karo, jaise aate ko gundhke fulka bana lo, waise hi wo har baar perfect shape mein aa jaata hai. Us ladke ka dedication Ramayana ke liye literally 200% tha.”
