Mohit Magotra, popularly known for Splitsvilla (2008) and Tiger Returns (2025), is back in the limelight after his eviction from the MTV reality TV show Splitsvilla X6. Being a reality show centered on human emotions and intense reactions, the show has often been rumored to be scripted. Mohit Magotra Speaks Out About Splitsvilla’s Authenticity

When told about how intense reactions on the show make viewers question its authenticity, which builds speculation around Splitsvilla being scripted, Mohit Magotra responded, “No, no, no, it’s not scripted. Bilkul nahi. Mujhe lagta hai logon ka joh reaction hota hai show mein, like I said, kabhi jhagda chhota sa hota hai, baat bhi chhoti si hoti hai, lekin log usse extreme level tak le jaate hain. Main theatre background se hoon, toh kya hota hai na, emotion ka ek measuring tape hota hai. Agar main gusse mein koi baat bol raha hoon, toh main dheere bhi bol sakta hoon aur main chilla ke 10 on 10 intensity pe bhi bol sakta hoon.”

The actor concluded, “Toh logon ka reaction kai baar itna extreme ho jaata hai ki audience ko lagta hai ki itna karne ki zarurat bhi nahi thi. But as such, koi script nahi hoti. Kuch bhi scripted nahi hota.”
