Amit Mishra On Salman Khan’s Acting Style

In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Amit Mishra talks about Salman Khan’s acting style and how it goes with his singing style. He says, “Hamesha jab bhi maine Salman Sir ko act karte hue dekha hai apni boys ke upar, toh main yahi kehna chahunga ki he is a brilliant actor, first of all, kyunki yeh unki quality hai. Jaisa maine gaya hai, woh waise enact kar le jaate hain, toh aisa lagta hai ki main hi gaa raha hoon aur main hi act kar raha hoon. Yeh unka ek plus point hai.

He continued, “Toh jab Sikandar Nache record kar raha tha, meri team ne mujhe bilkul bhi force nahi kiya ki main kisi ki tarah mimic karun, kisi ki tarah act karun. Aur maine video tak nahi dekha tha jab ki video tab tak aa chuka tha project mein, kyunki mujhe kisi aur ki tarah nahi lagna tha—bas feel karna tha aur jitni max energy de sakta hoon, utni song ko deliver karni thi. Toh maine bilkul waise hi dub kiya.”

Amit On Previously Working With Salman Khan

He continued, “Baaki movie ke jo bhi gaane maine sune, sab bohot achhe lag rahe hain, sab bohot accha sound kar rahe hain. Par mujhe yeh sun ke achha laga ki meri team ne mujhe bilkul bhi kisi aur ki tarah gaane ke liye nahi bola. Aur jab Salman Sir ne expect kiya, toh aisa lag raha tha ki jaise woh hi gaa rahe hain. Jaise jab Allah Duhai Hai gaya tha Race 3 ke time, tab bhi aisa lag raha tha ki woh hi gaa rahe hain. Us samay texture thoda alag tha. Us gaane mein thoda sa voice maine define kiya tha, kyunki usme ek intensity chahiye thi, kyunki woh ek hard-hitting song tha, peppy number se thoda alag.”

He continued, “Ab aap bahut behtar jaante hain music ke baare mein, toh wahi maine soch ke hi use record kiya tha. Aur mujhe yaad hai ki jab pehli baar playback radio pe suna tha, tab main sach bata raha hoon, jab maine wo sound up kiya tha toh mujhe bhi ek alag si feeling aayi. Jab mujhe brief diya gaya tha, toh yeh bola gaya tha ki ek fun-loving vibe rakhni hai. Mujhe yeh nahi pata tha ki Salman Sir ka character kis tarah define hone wala hai, par unhone usme jo innocence dikhayi, woh mujhe laga ki shayad jo bhi maine gaya, woh uss par match ho gaya.”

He concluded, “Toh shayad isi wajah se yeh mera aur unka third playback song ban gaya. Aur main dil se grateful hoon Salman Sir ke liye, Pritam Da ke liye, mujhe is gaane pe laane ke liye, aur of course, Mr. Siddhant Mishra ke liye, jo mujhe is song ka hissa banane ke liye laaye.”
