Sooraj Pancholi Recalls Salman Khan’s Unwavering Support During Legal Battle
Speaking of Salman Khan’s unwavering support, Sooraj Pancholi said, “He only asked me one thing, which my father also asked me. He looked me straight in the eye and said, ‘Sooraj, have you done something wrong?’ I said, ‘Sir, I have not.’ He never questioned me after that day. Nor did my father. I think he gave me a chance purely based on trust. Also, because he’s been through—not the same situation—but he’s experienced the whole media trial and everything that comes with it. So maybe he was in a position to understand. I think he was a very good judge of character and chose to trust me at that point.”
Sooraj Pancholi-Salman Khan Relationship
Sooraj Pancholi regards Salman Khan as a mentor and a key supporter in his career. Salman had produced Sooraj’s debut film, Hero. Khan has often been called a “godfather” to many in Bollywood. As the son of Aditya Pancholi, Sooraj was launched by Salman. He has continued to support him through his legal battle too.
Despite the challenges, Salman was the first person Sooraj contacted after being cleared by the court. Sooraj regularly expresses gratitude for Salman’s support, emphasising that their bond extends beyond professional ties. He has stated that he values their relationship and has been seen with Salman at various events. This very much clears that their connection is genuine and not solely based on work.
