Sourabh Raaj Jain Opens Up On Not Wanting To Be A Part Of Inappropriate Content
Speaking about his interest in exploring the crime thriller genre, Sourabh Raaj Jain expressed his desire to be part of a project that balances intensity with family-friendly viewing. He said, “There is one criteria I have for the content that I work on. Mujhe ye zaroor lagta hai ki hum content banate hain apni audience ke liye. Aur agar wahi hum apni family ke saath baith ke na dekh paaye, to phir kya fayda hai aise mein kaam karne ka? So wo mera ek underline zaroor rehta hai.”
Further adding to this, he said, “I would not want to be a part of a content joh main apni family ke saath, family se matlab apne bachchon ke saath ya apni mummy ke saath, wife ke saath mein baith ke na dekh paun aur mujhe khud hi thoda sankoch ho unke saamne baith ke woh dekhne mein. Toh, I would not want to be part of that. Rahi baat guidelines ki—I feel mujhe lagta hai bahut achhi cheez hai, yeh honi bhi chahiye. Mujhe to aisa lagta hai TV mein itni, jab hum shoot karte hain koi bhi show, itni saari guidelines hoti hain.”
The actor continued, “There are so many parameters every episode has to go through just to get on air. Blood nahi dikha sakte, wagairah wagairah. But aap phone pakad ke aap kuch bhi YouTube pe jaake dekh sakte ho. How nonsensical is that? Mujhe aisa lagta hai yeh cheez pe koi na koi major decisions hone chahiye. I really think so, it shouldn’t be that readily available, especially for the kids, for the coming generation. I think ye ek responsibility hai joh hum sabko samajhni chahiye.”
