EXCLUSIVE: Splitsvilla X6 Is Scripted? Nia Sharma, Uorfi Javed Squash Rumours Saying, “If You Wanna Believe It, Believe It”

Nia Sharma, popularly known for her roles as Manvi Chaudhary in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Roshni Patel in Jamai Raja, and Naagin 4 as Brinda Parekh,  is currently serving as one of the presenter-hosts of Splitsvilla X6.  During an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, the Khatron Ke Khiladi- Made in India winner shut down all speculations about the MTV reality show being scripted.

Nia Sharma Breaks Silence On ‘Scripted’ Splitsvilla Rumours

On being asked how genuine Splitsvilla X6 is, Nia Sharma stated, “There’s nothing scripted. The games that we have to explain to the contestants, we get to know only that. But other than that, the reality show is pretty much a reality show. Laughter show ke liye bhi bohot log bolte hai ki yeh scripted hai. It’s the most organic show we’ve been on. How do you script a cooking? No, you cannot. They’ve given us seven different kitchen tables. We’re genuinely cooking. We’re genuinely failing, and I’m genuinely losing the game. How do we make it scripted?”

She further noted, “People just ask unnecessary questions at times. And the more so when they don’t believe it. Ya toh agar nahi sunna toh poocho mat. If you wanna believe it, believe it.”

MTV Splitsvilla is an Indian reality dating TV show that airs on MTV India and is digitally available on Jio Hotstar. The show revolves around young men and women trying to secure a place in Splitsvilla, a villa where they are detached from the real world. Participants compete in tasks to remain in the competition and mingle with their fellow contestants to find love. The sixteenth season – styled X6- is presented by Sunny Loene, Karan Kundra, Uorfi Javed, and Nia Sharma.
