Viineet Kumar Siingh On Buying A House

In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Viineet Kumar Siingh talks about buying a house of his own. He says, “Nahi, abhi nahi. Abhi ghar nahi kharida hai. Aur ghar kharidne ki jaldbaazi mein main koi galat filmein nahi karna chahta hoon. Kyunki haath pakadne waale kam hai, slip karunga toh main wahan jaana nahi chahta jo sab experience kar chuka hoon.” (No, not yet. I haven’t bought a house yet. And in the rush to buy a house, I don’t want to do any wrong films. Because there are very few people to hold your hand, and if I slip, I don’t want to end up in the place where everyone else has already been.)

Talking about his Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat statement, he said, “Bilkul main yeh bolta hoon ki Mannat sirf ek ghar nahi hai hum jaiso ke liye himmat hai, ki iss shehar mein humaara bhi ek ghar ho sakta hai. Because woh sirf ghar nahi hai ek dream hai ki aap agar aapne dekhte hai toh woh pure ho sakte hai. Aapke bhi iss shehar mein ek chhath ho sakti hai.” (Absolutely, I say that Mannat is not just a house, it’s a source of courage for people like us, that we too can have a home in this city. Because it’s not just a house, it’s a dream that if you believe in it, it can come true. You too can have a roof over your head in this city.)

After Viineet completed, Randeep Hooda mocked the fact that having a house doesn’t mean much because you might have to sell it someday. He said, “Aisi baat nahi hai, ghar khareedne ke baad bikh bhi jaati hai.” (It’s not like that, even after buying a house, things can fall apart.)
