EXCLUSIVE: Viineet Kumar Siingh Opens Up On Playing Air Force Pilot In Aanand L Rai’s Tere Ishk Mein; Says, “Aanand Sir Has So Much Clarity, He Gives Complete Freedom”

In a year filled with stellar performances and career-defining roles, Viineet Kumar Siingh adds another remarkable chapter with his special appearance in Aanand L. Rai’s Tere Ishq Mein. For Viineet, the experience was far more than just a cameo; it was a chance to work under a director he deeply respects and reunite with a team that has played a key part in his artistic journey.

Reflecting on the collaboration, he said to Bollywood Bubble, “Aanand sir produced Mukkabaaz, and this time I got a chance to work under his direction. His clarity is amazing he knows exactly what he wants from every scene. But with that clarity, he also gives complete freedom. So the process becomes very smooth and comfortable.”

He shared that working with Aanand Rai is efficient and instinctive, “Scenes get okayed in one or two takes. Sometimes in one take. Whenever I get to work with good directors, I learn something new. I learned a lot working with Aanand sir and would love to work with him in a bigger capacity in the future.”

Viineet also spoke highly of Dhanush, with whom all his scenes are shared, “Dhanush is a terrific actor. Working with him is a joy. The energy is so good that scenes wrap quickly, and something special gets created.” Although he did not have scenes with Kriti Sanon, he mentioned warm interactions off-camera and hopes to collaborate with her in the future.

Another important creative force he acknowledged was Himanshu Sharma Viineet mentioned, “Himanshu told me so much about my character and even handled my dubbing. Working with him was wonderful.”

With Tere Ishq Mein, Viineet adds yet another memorable project to a year already filled with praise-worthy performances like Blockbuster Chhaava’s Kavi Kalash, Superboys Of Malegaon, Jaat, Nishanchi, Rangeen, Rangbaaz the movie, etc in 2025, reaffirming why he continues to be seen as one of the most reliable, intense, and honest actors of his generation.
