EXCLUSIVE: Vishal Pandey REACTS To Amulya Rattan’s ‘Zero Civic Sense’ Remark; Says, “Got Irritated, This Is Not Fair”

Bigg Boss OTT contestant Vishal Pandey, who rose to fame during India’s TikTok boom. He is popular for being a part of the popular group ‘Teen Tigada’ featuring Sameeksha Sud and Bhavin Bhanushali. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Vishal Pandey talked about Amulya Rattan’s ‘Zero Civic Sense’ Controversy. Pandey acknowledged that what happened was wrong and said he was also irritated by her remarks. Read on to know what he had to say.

Talking about Amulya Ratan’s ‘Zero Civic Sense’ Viral video, Vishal Pandey even though is a friend to the viral creator chose be unbaised and said with honesty, “See I’ll be very honest, I know Amulya, I know her since she was a kid, Usko main Chandigarh mein mila tha, the thing is when I saw the video I got irritated, I’m not gonna lie, I’m not gonna sugar coat things, I got irritated, I was like this is not fair.“

He added, “So this is a public platform, this is a public place, of course, you can do whatever the thing you want to do in a public place, you want to record a video. But, you can not tell someone, if someone is passing from the road aur aapke agar woh video mein aa gaya hai toh woh person ko ‘Zero Civic Sense’ is no, you telling that was zero civic sense.”

Vishal Pandey chose to be fair and called the backlash she is receving is not very good. He said, “See I know her, I will be very truthful, the type of DM’s she is getting the words that she is getting I think that is not fair. I think we should draw the lines where agar hum criticise bhi kar rahe hai toh humko bhi waha pe ek line draw karni chahiye, ki humko isse zyada nahi bolna hai. Because she is also what 22-23, toh utna nahi karna hai ki kisi ko mentally pressure ho jaye. But regarding the video, she was wrong.”

Talking about how now this has also become a trend, Vishal drew a comparison from the ‘Waah Shampy Waah’ Trend. He said it wasn’t a good thing either, but people recreated it in a fun manner. Pandey added, “Matlab kuch khaas acchi cheez nahi thi joh bhi hua, and to be very honest, I really got pissed off as to why Amulya, why you have to do this. It’s not his fault; you are recording something in a public place. Matlab woh hoga, warna aap ghar pe record kar lo.” 

What Happened With Amulya Ratan?

Amulya Rattan is a 21-year-old content creator known for her lifestyle and beauty content on Instagram and YouTube. The influencer rose to fame during the Indian TikTok era and has been a part of this life ever since. Recently, Amulya was wrapped in controversy. The controversy began when Rattan was filming in a public area, and a man walked into her frame. Clearly annoyed, she paused mid-recording to complain about what she described as a lack of civic sense. In the clip, she said, “Zero sense hai, zero. Someone is filming a video, just go in between. Where is civic sense?” Due to this, she faced huge backlash and a lot of trolling. The creator has removed the video from the platform and has issued a public apology addressing all that she faced.
