Bunny – also known lovingly as Icon Star (and previously as Stylish Star), celebrates his 44th birthday today and Bollywood Bubble is celebrating it by listing down some of the most expensive things he owns.

Allu Arjun lives lavishly with his wife – Sneha Reddy and kids – Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha in a luxurious bungalow in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills. Known as one of the costliest cities of India, Bunny’s home is said to be worth upwards of Rs 100 crore. In 2019, the ‘Pushpa’ actress took to social media and shared a happy family picture from the Bhoomi Puja of the home along with the name of his abode – Blessing.

The 8,000-square-foot mansion is located on a 2-acre property. As per reports, the home – built with a mix of luxury and his personal style in mind, has several large rooms, a private pool, landscaped lawns, and even his famous ‘AA’ logo. The house’s interiors has been designed by Aamir and Hamida.

Lavish Guest House

As reported by Money Control, ‘Blessing’ is not the only lavish property the Icon Star owns in the South Indian city. Arjun reportedly also owns a high-end guest house near Hyderabad’s Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road. The propert is thought to be worth around Rs 6–8 crore.

Private Jet

Alongside lavish properties in Hyderabad, Allu Arjun also owns a stylish, six-seater private jet. The actor and his family use the jet for many of their out-of-state trips. The private plane is estimated to have come with a Rs 80 crore price tag.

Rs 7 Cr Customised Vanity Van

Actors spend a good chunk of their time on sets and hence its common for big stars to have their own vanity vans. In July 2019, Allu Arjun purchased a vanity van for a whopping Rs 7 crore. Named Falcon, the Icon Star got Reddy Customs Caravan to design it to his taste. Arjun’s vanity van is believed to be one of the costliest in the south.

The vanity van – embossed with the actor’s ‘AA’ initial both inside and out, has an uber-cool futuristic look with black, white and silver interiors. The lavish home on wheels features leather seats, mood lighting, entertainment options and many more features.

Expensive Car Collection

Aside from real estate, a private plane and a lavish vanity van, Allu Arjun also has an amazing car collection. In his garage are several expensive cars, including a Rs 1.2 crore Jaguar XJ L. This four-wheeler can go from 0 to 100 kmph in 7.3 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kms/hour. He also owns a Range Rover Vogue – that he’s named Beast. This beauty cost anywhere between Rs 1.88 crore to Rs 4.03 crore (ex-showroom), depending on the variant and customisations.

The ‘Pushpa 2’ actor also owns a Volvo XC90 T8 Excellence – a vehicle he’s often seen in during promotional tours. As per reports, the actor paid around Rs 1.30-1.35 crore for the luxurious car. This beast can go from 0 to 100 kms/hour in 6 seconds and has a top speed of 230 kms/hour.

AAA Cinemas, Allu Studios

Aside from the above mentioned expensive things, Allu Arjun also has a footing in the exhibition business with AAA Cinemas. It’s located in Ameerpet, Hyderabad and has been gaining a reputation for offering a premium movie experience. He is also reportedly starting Allu Cinemas on Allu Studios campus in Kokapet. This new multiplex will have state-of-the-art technology, inclduing one of India’s biggest Dolby Cinema screens.
