Bold scenes in Bollywood saved from the Censor Board

After facing many controversies recently, filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’ showed a different side of the ongoing system running through our Censor Board these days. After the victorious judgment on this Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer, there are still some projects like Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Shweta Tripathi starrer ‘Haraamkhor’ which are now facing the Censor issues due to the different theme of storyline they carry. The Censor Board has also repeatedly toned down or has even cut down the scenes that are explicit, particularly sexually. Today, after not only Bollywood but Hollywood movies like ‘Spectre’ have also faced such cuts on intimate sequences, we wonder how some sequences Bollywood  films escaped the Censor Board’s scissors.
