After 'Secret Superstar', Akshay Kumar's 'Toilet Ek Prem Katha' to release in China

China has become the next destination for Bollywood filmmakers to release their films. After ‘Secret Superstar’, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Hindi Medium’ and ‘Baahubali 2’, Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar’s ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’ is all set to woo Chinese fans this year. The film is being released with the title ‘Toilet Hero’.

Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on Twitter along with the poster of the film.

‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’ that is a Shree Narayan Singh directorial is was inspired by Prime Miniter Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. The movie went on to earn critical acclaim from critics and fans too loved the unusual concept. The story of the film went on to create an awareness about indoor sanitation and hygiene in the households across the rural belt in the country.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar is at present busy with period drama ‘Kesari’. He will soon start work on ‘Housefull 4’ and ‘Hera Pheri 3’. The Khiladi is gearing for the release of his film Gold and 2.0. On the other hand, Bhumi Pednekar is currently shooting Abhishek Chaubey’s dacoit film ‘Son Chiriya’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.
