Priyanka Chopra on Bollywood actors at global platform

Priyanka Chopra may have made a mark for herself on the international platform with American TV show ‘Quantico’ and upcoming film ‘Baywatch’, but the actress feels Indian actors deserve a lot more than what they get from the world.

The 33-year-old ‘Mary Kom’ star said when an actor from India goes to work in the west, he or she often suffers at the hands of stereotyping.

“It is difficult to go to another country and do things. I want to thanks all my fans for being so supportive. We get just one percent of what Indian actors deserve from the world. We shouldn’t be boxed in a certain kind of role,” Priyanka said during her acceptance speech at the IIFA awards.
