‘Housefull 4’ actors Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol and Kriti Sanon come out in support of #MeToo movement
#MeToo movement has gained momentum in India ever since actress Tanushree Dutta opened up on being sexually harassed by Nana Patekar, soon several women started pointing out sexual perpetrators. A number of eminent Bollywood celebs like Alok Nath, Luv Ranjan Vikas Bahl and many others were accused of the deed. Reacting to the allegations several celebs came out in support of the victims and condemned the act.
Filmmaker Sajid Khan was also accused of sexual misconduct by many and was asked to quit from his upcoming project ‘Housefull 4′, so was actor Nana Patekar who was also a part of the multi starrer. ‘Housefull 4’ lead star Akshay announced on Friday that the film’s shoot has been put on hold for some time as he will not work with any proven offenders.
