Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a fitness enthusiast and she makes sure to hit the gym daily. More often, the actress shares glimpses of her sweating it out at the gym. On Friday, the Family Man 2 actress decided to drop a fresh dollop of fitness inspiration for her fans on social media. On her Instagram stories, Samantha shared a few videos from her fitness diaries, and we are left stunned by her sheer dedication and hard work towards fitness. She didn’t give up till she deadlifted 80 kgs.

Samantha posted a series of three videos on her Instagram Stories where she could be seen lifting 75 kg, 78 kg, and 80 kg barbell. Her trainer, Junaid Shaikh, was also in the video who was seen motivating and cheering her. You will for sure make up your mind to hit the gym right away after watching the videos. The first video shows Samantha deadlifting 75 kg. She captioned the video, “Hello 75…I’ve missed you.” She was in a black tee and grey shorts. The actress then lifted 78 and 80 kgs barbell.

Samantha’s Instagram profile is filled with pictures and videos from her fitness routine. She can be seen performing various exercises. From lifting weights to doing squats to push-ups, she does it all effortlessly. Sam also performs yoga to keep herself fit.

On the work front, Samantha has recently signed two bilingual films, she also has Shaakuntalam directed by Gunasekhar. It is also said that she will make her Bollywood debut in a female-centric film that is bankrolled by Taapsee Pannu.
