Sivakarthikeyan and wife Aarthi blessed with a baby boy; actor shares first glimpse of his newborn

On Monday (July 12), Tamil actor Sivakarthikeyan and his wife Aarthi became parents for the second time. The couple is blessed with a baby boy. The actor took to his Twitter handle to share the news with his fans. Sivakarthikeyan wrote how the birth of his son has eased the pain of losing his father who passed away 18 years ago. He wrote that he sees glimpses of his father in his newborn son. He thanked his wife too.

He shared a black and white picture of his dad and wrote in Tamil that is translated to, “After 18 long years, my dad is born as my son. To ease years of my pain, my wife Aarthi has endured this pain. I thank her with tears in my eyes. Baby and mom are fine (sic).” In the picture, he shared the glimpse of his son as he can be seen holding the tiny hand of his baby boy.

Sivakarthikeyan and his wife Aarthi have a daughter Aaradhana. She was born in 2013.

On the work front, Sivakarthikeyan was last seen in Namma Veetu Pillai. His upcoming release is Tamil action-thriller Doctor. He will also be seen in the Tamil science-fiction thriller Ayalaan directed by Ravi Kumar. The film also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Isha Koppikar. The actor also has a comedy titled Don directed by Cibi Chakravarthi in his kitty. Sivakarthikeyan was shooting for the film before the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic but the shooting was halted.
