Actor and producer Heath Freeman has passed away. The actor who is known for his roles in NCIS and Bones was just 41 years old. The news of his demise was shared by his manager Joe S. Montifiore. He confirmed that Heath passed away on Tuesday morning. The circumstances surrounding Freeman’s passing are not yet known.

In a statement to CNN Joe S. Montifiore said, “We are truly devastated at the loss of our beloved Heath Freeman. A brilliant human being with an intense and soulful spirit, he leaves us with an indelible imprint in our hearts. His life was filled with deep loyalty, affection, and generosity towards his family and friends, and an extraordinary zest for life.”

He was extremely proud of his recent film work and was very excited for the next chapter of his career. His remarkable legacy as a son, brother, uncle, friend, extraordinarily gifted actor and producer, consummate cook, and man with the most infectious and spectacular laugh, will live on forever. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.”

Friends of the actor took to social media to console his demise.

Shanna Moakler posted about the loss of her “close buddy” Freeman by writing, “Heartbroken to hear of the loss of my dear friend Heath Freeman, talented actor, director, producer, outstanding chef, and a solid friend. You will be so dearly missed and I will cherish every amazing memory we all had…. and we have a lot of great ones!!Godspeed. #ataloss” she wrote alongside an Instagram selfie with Freeman.

In the comments of the post, she wrote that he “passed in his sleep yesterday in his home in Austin.”

Director Ariel Vromen replied, “So sad,” to her post. “The Mandalorian” actor Gina Carano, who also stars in “Terror on the Prairie,” paid tribute to Freeman on Instagram Monday.

Freeman is known for his role as a killer Howard Epps on “Bones” from 2005 to 2007 and Benjamin Frank on “NCIS.” He was also set to appear in two new films: “Devil’s Fruit” and “Terror on the Prairie.”
