This sighting follows reports that the pair had grown distant, with sources claiming Trudeau was uncomfortable with media attention after their dinner date in Montreal. However, the new photos tell a different story, showing them looking cozy and very much together. In the photos circulating on social media, Perry is seen in a black swimsuit, sharing a kiss with a shirtless Trudeau. They are also photographed embracing, with Trudeau appearing to kiss Perry’s cheek.

A witness told The Daily Mail, “She pulled up her boat next to a small public whale-watching boat, then they started making out. I didn’t realize who she was with until I saw the tattoo on the guy’s arm, and I immediately recognized it was Justin Trudeau.”

The couple was first spotted together in July during a dinner in Montreal, and Trudeau later attended Katy Perry’s sold-out ‘Lifetimes’ tour stop in Canada.
