Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom CONFIRM Split In Joint Statement

Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry have officially announced their separation after months of rumours. The couple released a joint statement saying they are now focusing on co-parenting their daughter, Daisy Dove. They shared that their main goal is to raise her with ‘love, stability, and mutual respect.’

The statement explained that the two stars have been slowly shifting their relationship over the past few months. Although they are no longer together romantically, they still plan to be seen as a family for the sake of their daughter. “Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” reps for the former couple said in a joint statement to Page Six on Thursday.

“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”

Katy is currently busy with her Lifetimes tour, which is helping her stay focused. Meanwhile, Bloom was recently seen in Italy celebrating with friends Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez. Perry did not attend the event.

Orlando and Katy met in 2016 at a Golden Globes after-party. They got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2019 and welcomed their daughter in 2020.
Although their romantic relationship has ended, both stars are committed to being loving, supportive parents to Daisy. They continue to respect one another and are determined to raise their daughter in a happy and stable environment.
