Kevin Spacey Makes Directorial Comeback With Supernatural Thriller Holiguards, Starring Disha Patani

Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey has directed his first feature film in over 20 years. According to Variety, the movie is a supernatural action-thriller. Kevin Spacey also acts in the film, alongside Dolph Lundgren, Tyrese Gibson, Brianna Hildebrand, Disha Patani, and Eric Roberts.

Kevin Spacey Directs Holiguards With Disha Patani

The movie is currently called Holiguards and is an independent film. It is expected to be the first part of a franchise titled Statiguards vs. Holiguards. Other actors in the cast include Harry Goodwins, Swen Temmel, and Sonia Pim Couling.

This is also the first movie produced by Elledgy Media, a company owned by Elvira Gavrilova Paterson, a Ukraine-born entrepreneur based in Portugal.

The story is set in a future world where supernatural powers secretly influence events. Two ancient groups, the Holiguards and the Statiguards, are fighting a hidden war to control the future of humanity. A young woman learns that she is the daughter of the leaders of both sides and may be the key to ending the war.

At the same time, a Statiguard leader is planning a massive attack in Paris using a nuclear bomb and an army of mind-controlled people. He also wants to open a cosmic portal and release an ancient force known as the Prime. The movie was filmed in Mexico in 2024 and is now in post-production.
