The prices of tickets at multiplexes were kept as per the weekend rates so as to make it a five-day extended weekend. However, one cannot discard the fact that the collections are really huge for a Monday. The movie has easily crossed the business of Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma-starrer ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ in just four days along with all major releases of July. Considering the fact that Tuesday is Independence Day, a huge holiday all over the country, the numbers are going to be even better. Going by the current scenario, the movie is aiming for Rs 90 crore nett for the week and Wednesday will be a deciding factor as to where the movie is headed in terms of its box office business.

Talking of the movie, it is directed by Shree Narayan Singh, produced by KriArj Entertainment. Apart from Akshay Kumar, it stars Bhumi Pednekar, Anupam Kher, Divyendu Sharma in pivotal parts. It deals with the sensitive issue of open defecation which is very prevalent in rural India, and is also a cause for rampant increase in crimes against women. Against the backdrop of doing away with this evil, it essays the story of a husband and wife, and their story where toilet plays and important role.
