As per the reports, ‘The Ghazi Attack’ collected approximately Rs 1.4-1.5 crore on its first Monday which is damn good. The film that is stated to be the first war-at-the-sea film of Bollywood, sure has some impactful performance by the stars and they have been applauded for the same.

‘The Ghazi Attack’ had competition from two films, viz. ‘Running Shaadi’ and ‘Irada’. Taapsee Pannu and Amit Sadh-starrer ‘Running Shaadi’ was a light-hearted film with the stars helping couple in love elope and get married. ‘Irada’ starring Arshad Warsi and Naseeruddin Shah was a eco-thriller with a strong message to deliver.

But amidst all of this, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Jolly LL.B 2’, that had released a week earlier is still holding strong at the box office. It has reached the Rs 90 crore mark by minting Rs 2.25 crore on its second Monday.
