Jr NTR CONFIRMS Devara: Part 2 In Works; Says, “We Are Just Facing A Small Pause…”

South star Jr NTR has confirmed that Devara Part 2 is very much happening, clearing up rumours that the sequel was shelved. The actor revealed the news at the success meeting of Mad Square. Devara Part 1, released in 2024 and directed by Koratala Siva, was a gritty coastal action drama and a box-office hit.

Jr NTR’s Devara Part 2 Delayed Due To Prasanth Neel ‘s Next

Jr NTR told the audience, “Some are saying that Devara 2 will not happen. I have to say that the sequel is happening. We are just facing a small pause due to the Prasanth Neel project.”

The film starred Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan. Jr NTR also announced his next film with director Nelson Dilipkumar. Produced by Naga Vamsi with music by Anirudh Ravichander, the film is already creating excitement among fans.

Jr NTR’s Upcoming Projects

Jr NTR is all set for his Bollywood debut with War 2 opposite Hrithik Roshan. It is directed by Ayan Mukerji. Jr NTR plays the main antagonist in the film, which is slated for a grand release on August 14, 2025.

He will also be in director Prashanth Neel, tentatively titled Dragon (NTRNEEL). Despite the lack of official information, industry rumours indicate the movie will be a dark, high-octane action extravaganza—yet another genre-pushing film by Jr. NTR.
