The complaint, filed by activist Chittimallu, accuses Mohan Babu of pressuring Soundarya and her brother to sell a six-acre piece of property in Shamshabad. As tensions escalated after their refusal, the complaint claims that following Soundarya’s passing, Mohan Babu allegedly took control of the land.
In the wake of the complaint, the activist has called for an investigation into Mohan Babu’s involvement in what he describes as an alleged land grab, demanding that the government take action to seize the disputed property. He has also requested police protection, citing threats he has received.
Additionally, the complaint references a separate property dispute involving Mohan Babu and his son, Manchu Manoj, which gained attention last year. As it stands, no FIR has been filed yet, and Mohan Babu has not publicly addressed the allegations. Authorities have yet to state the situation.
