Priyanka Chopra to lend her voice to ‘Planes’ a Hollywood Movie

Versatile actress Priyanka Chopra who had recently cut an album has gone over to Hollywood . Priyanka has been signed by Disney to lend her voice to a character called ‘Ishani’ in the film. PC is the voice of an aircraft in the upcoming animated film ‘Planes’ by the director of Simpsons .She is paired with Dane Cook who is the voice of Dusty Crophopper.

According to our source the makers of the film were looking for a voice from India, who could do justice to the Asian character. “Klay’s office got in touch with Siddharth Roy Kapoor, who suggested Priyanka’s name.

Apparently what helped PC clinch the deal was her rapport with UTV ,that recently received a boost with Barfi! “PC is supposed to dub for the original English version of the film. Decision on the Hindi version is yet to be taken,”

Disney’s ‘Planes’ is an action-packed 3D animated comedy adventure about Dusty’s dream of competing as a high-flying air racer and his decidedly unfortunate fear of heights.The film will release in India on July 26 later this year.

Truly a treat for Priyanka’s fan’s this year ,first her album and now her moving on to Hollywood.
