R. Madhavan playing golf in Canada

R. Madhavan seems to be making the most of his trip to Canada! The actor has taken out some time to play his favorite sport, golf. Madhavan is currently staying in Canada for a week-long International Film Festival of Alberta.

He says, “Playing golf has been the most enjoyable part of my vacation so far. I took it up 12 years ago in Chennai. Now, it has become a passion. I consider it an escape from films. I can spend hours playing. Golf has helped me as an actor as well. When I am not working, I’m busy golfing. In fact, now everybody in my family plays the sport.”

On the inaugural day of the International Film Festival of Alberta, Madhavan was excited to walk the red carpet of the prestigious film festival along with the Premier of Alberta Rachel Notley.

The actor was pleased to have the Premier of Alberta attending the premiere of his latest release, ‘Saala Khadoos’. Before the screening, the actor delivered a speech at the session attended by ministers, local dignitaries, and city representatives.
