Actor Asim Riaz was removed from the reality show Battleground after a heated argument with judges Rubina Dilaik and Abhishek Malhan. However, Asim has now broken his silence and strongly denied these claims, saying he took control of the situation and walked out on his terms.

Asim Riaz Responds To ‘Kicked Out’ Claims From Battleground

Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Asim wrote, “Paid media ain’t got a spine, just a rate card. They print what they’re told, I move when I decide. Keep shouting ‘kicked out’, I kicked the script and flipped the game. Next headline? Make it count.”

Earlier, he also posted a photo from the set with the caption “SCRIPTED,” hinting that the show may not be as real as it seems.

Here’s What Happened

A promo clip from the show started doing rounds online, where Asim is seen questioning Rubina Dilaik’s role as a judge on a fitness-based show. This led to tensions on set and added fuel to rumours of his removal. Later, Abhinav Shukla, Rubina’s husband, commented on the situation after a fan questioned him on YouTube. He said, “All jacked up muscle, no brain and bad attitude is not a sign of fitness,” taking a clear dig at Asim.

Asim’s fans have shown support for him online, with many praising him for standing up for himself. While the exact details remain unclear, one thing is certain—Asim isn’t backing down without making his side known.

Well, this is not the first time that Asim has made headlines for the nasty fight. The Bigg Boss 13 contestant also made headlines last year for his massive fight with the filmmaker Rohit Shetty. He was expelled from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 for allegedly misbehaving with the hosts Rohit Shetty and Abhishek Kumar.
