Bharti Singh reveals finding out she was pregnant after a night of partying & drinking

Bharti Singh is one of the most loved hosts in India today. The actress, who began her career as a comedian, is known for balancing her personal and professional lives perfectly. The actress-comedian is a hands-on mother to son Gola aka Laksh, despite having a choc-a-block work schedule. During a recent chat, the actress opened up about her pregnancy, getting to know she was pregnant with Golla during the 7th week and the first person she called on seeing her results. Bharti Singh: I was 7 weeks pregnant

During a recent interview with ETimes, Bharti Singh opened up about finding out she was pregnant after a night of partying and drinking alcohol The actress-comedian said, “We were partying and drinking beer and I saw there was one pregnancy strip lying around. I thought of checking it. I did a test in the morning and went back to sleep. After a few hours, I saw two lines and showed Haarsh.”

The ‘Laughter Chefs’ host added, “He was in disbelief. Then I called Kapil Bhai’s wife Ginni. Then I got a blood test done and the doctor told me I was 7 weeks pregnant. I said I was drinking and he said everything would stop. And instantly you become a mother and you keep touching your belly to protect your baby.”

During the same chat, Bharti also spoke about how hubby Haarsh Limbachiyaa supported her during pregnancy and motivated her to work during pregnancy. “During pregnancy, if your husband puts the blame on you saying that if something happens to the baby it will be your responsibility, then a woman will sit at home scared. But if he says, don’t worry nothing will happen go for a shoot, you get that positive strength. Achha pati, achha dost milna bahut zaroori hai.”

Bharti Singh – who married writer-comedian Haarsh Limbachiyaa on December 3, 2017, after dating for a few years, welcomed their first child, son Laksh Singh Limbaachiya on April 3, 2022.
