Asit Kumar Modi’s show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) has enjoyed a successful 17-year run on Indian television. Off late, the show has been in news for both, good and bad reasons. With allegations on producer to cast members abruptly leaving the show, it has been in scrutiny. This time it’s no different as rumours are rife that Dilip Joshi and Munmum Dutta will now exit TMKOC.

Dilip Joshi and Munmun Dutta exit TMKOC?

Dilip essays the role of Jethalal in the show while Munmun plays good-looking neighbour Babita. Their fun banter has been the highlight of the show. However, the speculations started circulating when the actors were found missing from current sequence in the show. As per latest track, Taarak and Anjali are granted a luxurious stay at a holiday home by former’s boss. Gokuldham society members accompany them to the trip which turns out to be a haunted experience.

Amid this, Jethalal and Babita’s absence was noticed by netizens who then assumed that they have left the show unlike past members. As reported by ABP News, the show’s production house has confirmed that Munmun Dutta and Dilio Joshi are still part of the show. While the current plotline indicates that ‘Jethalal’ is on a business trip with his associates, ‘Babita’ and ‘Iyer’ are said to be vacationing in Mahabaleshwar.

On the work front, a few months back reports were rife that Munmun will participate in this season of Bigg Boss.
