Hina Khan Expresses Concern After Mumbai’s Poor AQI Affects Her Health; Admits, “Can’t Even Breathe”

Hina Khan is deeply concerned about the air pollution in Mumbai. She recently shared a picture of the city’s Poor Air Quality Index (AQI) on her Instagram, expressing her difficulty in breathing due to the poor air quality. Hina has limited her outdoor activities as a result. The TV actress, who underwent treatment for stage 3 breast cancer a few months ago, is now fully recovered and actively working on her projects.

In her latest Instagram Story, Hina provided an update on her health, revealing that she is struggling to breathe because of Mumbai’s polluted air. She mentioned that she has been experiencing persistent coughing, which she attributes to the city’s deteriorating air quality. She shared a screenshot of Mumbai’s AQI, which showed a level of 209, indicating severe pollution. Along with the screenshot, she urged her fans to take care of themselves.

The early morning misty weather in Mumbai was also visible in her post. Expressing her concern, Hina wrote, “What is happening? Can’t ever breathe, yaaa. It’s making me reduce my outdoor activities. Constant coughing. It’s so bad in the morning as well.” (sic)

Hina On Her Cancer Journey

Previously, Hina had spoken about her cancer journey. She told IANS, “It was tough, very tough; those days were extremely difficult. Patients are usually given a gap of about a week between chemotherapy sessions, sometimes longer depending on the diagnosis.”

She added, “In my case, I underwent chemotherapy every three weeks. The first week was incredibly painful, with a lot of nerve pain, but the following weeks were much better. During that time, I traveled and did everything I wanted.”

On the professional front, Hina Khan was last seen in Pati Patni Aur Panga, where she appeared alongside her husband, Rocky Jaiswal.
