Kumkum Bhagya Fame Mugdha Chaphekar And Ravish Desai Part Ways After 9-years, Request Privacy, “Need To Heal”

Television couple Ravish Desai and Mugdha Chaphekar have announced separation after 9 years of togetherness. The actor took to social media just an hour ago to share the emotional news with his fans and followers. In the note, Ravish revealed that they have been separated for more than a year now. He even requested for privacy in this matter.

On Saturday, Ravish took to his Instagram handle to share an official statement that read, “After much contemplation and thought, Mugdha and I decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. It’s been more than a year now. We have had a beautiful journey together that of love, friendship and respect, and that would continue all our lives.”

For the uninformed, Ravish Desai and Mugdha Chaphekar met on the sets of a series titled Satrangi Sasural in 2014. After two years of courtship, the duo got engaged on January 30, 2016. In the same year, Ravish and Mugdha tied the knot on December 16. Meanwhile on the work front, Mugdha last won hearts with her stint in Kumkum Bhagya. The show starrer Krishna Kaul alongside her and their chemistry was loved by audience. Ravish starred is several known web shows and including Made In Heaven, She (Season 2), Scoop and Vijay 69.
