There were rumours that Sangram Singh and Payal Rohatgi were heading for a divorce. This began after Payal announced on Instagram that she had resigned as director of Sangram’s charitable trust for “personal reasons.” However, Sangram quickly denied the rumours, saying there’s no trouble in their marriage.

Sangram Singh Opens Up About Parenthood

Payal has openly spoken in the past about her failed IVF attempts and struggles with getting pregnant despite trying for five years. Sangram shared with News18, “Bachchon ki kami khalta nahi hai. We’re planning for surrogacy but the laws are very different now. A few people in the past had misused surrogacy laws in the country.”

He adds, “Hum koshish kar rahe hai. But Payal ji and I feel that we’re still kids. We keep arguing over small things (laughs). But when it’s the right time, we’ll also embrace parenthood. It’s all up to god.” Sangram also shared his love for children, saying, “In my village, kids come to me and show me their cartwheel skills. Dekh ke bahot achcha lagta hai.”

He dreams of a house full of laughter and children. “Parenthood is definitely an integral part of life… these days, many people don’t want kids or marriage, but I come from a big family.”

Sangram recently wished Payal a happy third wedding anniversary on Instagram, adding that they’ve been together for 14 years. They first met when her car broke down on the Delhi-Agra highway, and later bonded on a reality show.
