Rajeev Khandelwal On Casting Couch

Rajeev shared that when someone approached him with wrong intentions, he shared with Zoom, “When it happened, I straight-up told the person, ‘Sorry sir, mere se nahi milega aapko.’ (You won’t get it from me) In my head, I knew, is this the person who’s going to decide my fate? No. I write my own destiny. Just because someone refuses to support my journey doesn’t mean my story won’t get made. I never gave anyone the power to make or break my life.”

After the huge success of Kahiin Toh Hoga, Rajeev admitted he sometimes wondered if he was just a “one-hit wonder.

Rajeev Khandelwal On Sexual Harassment

Rajeev also shared his thoughts on dealing with sexual harassment. He said it’s both tough and simple at the same time. He said, “It’s both tough and easy. The key is self-awareness — knowing who you are and what values you stand by. Early in my career, I knew I wasn’t someone who’d compromise just to climb the ladder. I didn’t want castles handed to me — I wanted to earn even the smallest thing with integrity.”

Rajeev feels the key is to know yourself and stick to your values. He never wanted anything handed to him without effort. He wanted to earn it all with honesty.
