Jaideep Ahlawat CONFIRMS ‘Chellam Sir Is Back’ For Manoj Bajpayee’s The Family Man 3

Raj & DK are currently working on the next season of their hit spy-thriller The Family Man, which stars Manoj Bajpayee in the lead. This time, actor Jaideep Ahlawat joins the exciting franchise, promising even more action and suspense. Although Amazon Prime Video has not yet announced the release date for The Family Man 3, fans are already buzzing with excitement.

Jaideep shared an exciting update – Chellam Sir will be back! The fan-favourite character, played by Uday Mahesh in Season 2, became an internet sensation for his smart and mysterious personality. He played a retired NIA officer who helped Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee) and the TASC team during their mission in Chennai. His return in Season 3 is sure to thrill fans.

Speaking to Zoom, he talked about The Family Man 3 and stated, “Expect the unexpected, again! The world is expanding, the stakes are crazier, and the humour is sharper. And yes, Chellam sir is back. I think fans are going to enjoy the ride. We’ve worked hard to keep the soul of the show intact, while still upping te game.”

Manoj Bajpayee also recalled how he broke the ice with him on Gangs Of Wasseypur set. Jaideep shared, “I was just quietly observing him like a student in class. But Manoj bhai is incredibly down-to-earth; he made me feel seen, heard, and valued. He leads with kindness. That made all the difference.”

Darshan Kumaar also teased that The Family Man 3 may release around Diwali this year, adding to the festive excitement. The upcoming season will also feature returning cast members Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Sharad Kelkar, Ashlesha Thakur, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Vedant Sinha, and more.

With a fresh storyline, new faces, and the return of beloved characters, Season 3 of The Family Man is set to be another gripping ride.
