We have no qualms about admitting that we’re bowled over by Twinkle Khanna a.k.a Mrs Funnybones’ writing prowess. But when the lady is not busy making explosive statements with her almighty pen, she’s somehow, always making us drool over her safe but oh-so-gorgeous wardrobe. During the promotions of ‘PadMan’ in Delhi, Twinkle was seen hand-in-hand with darling husband Akshay Kumar and they made a pretty picture. The beautiful lady, who is also the producer of the film, was wearing a striped, multi-coloured Missoni maxi skirt with a black Zara top. Although the top was basic, she spruced up the look with a black cape blazer from Lavish Alice that had interesting slit sleeves and slightly voluminous shoulder pads.

Twinkle never really goes over the top with her makeup game, so this time too, she kept her beauty look extremely subtle. Nude lips and neatly kohled eyes completed her ultra chic and feminine avatar. She accessorised the look with a quilted Chanel bag and Charles and Keith brown heels that let her glamorous skirt do all the talking.

Anyway, having decoded her look, let’s talk about the moolah she spent on that Missoni skirt. We searched for the number on the brand’s official website and its approximate cost is $ 1,350 which comes down to Rs 86,700. Ouch! That hurts our ears. We’re already dreading the total cost of her ensemble. Imagine what the actress would have spent on that fancy Lavish Alice jacket, Charles and Keith heels, and Chanel bag? And we’re not even discussing the cost of her dainty accessories yet!
