Has Aamir Khan bought a sea-facing property?

Actor Aamir Khan has spent Rs.60 crore to buy the flat that he was living on rent at Carter Road. It is a sea front flat that is very bright and airy and much loved by Aamir’s wife Kiran Rao.

According to sources, “The deal was struck for Rs. 60 crore for the 5,000 square feet sea-facing flat spread over two floors.”

Aamir Khan had moved into this rented flat when his house at Pali Hill was undergoing renovations at a monthly rent of Rs. 10 lakhs. The owner had promised Aamir that if he ever decided to sell this flat he would sell it to him.
