When Deepika Padukone left Shahrukh Khan to meet Salman

Deepika Padukone was shooting for ‘Happy New Year’ on Tuesday at Mehboob Studio with actor Shahrukh Khan. On another set of the same studio, Salman Khan was shooting for a commercial. It is common courtesy for actors (except if its Salman and Shahrukh) to visit other actors shooting in the same studio and so Deepika went over to meet and greet Salman Bhai. Also, sometime back Salman’s sister Alvira and brother Sohail had dropped in on the sets of ‘Happy New Year’.

It was a tea break in the evening and Salman was sitting outside his van when Deepika went over to have a talk with his ‘Bade Bhaiya’ co-star. The chat lasted for over half an hour.  Even though Farah Khan is also a good friend of Salman she did not catch up with the actor as her lead actor Shahrukh was around.

As per sources, “Salman has been praising Deepika to a lot of people. In fact, on a chat show where he went recently he expressed great admiration and respect for her as an actress. It is obvious that he is keen to work with her.”

Well, Deepika sure knows to set her priorities straight and does not get influenced by others.
