Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s much awaited film ‘Bombay Velvet’ has upped the curiosity quotient. The reason being the much talked about 60’s era that is depicted in the upcoming film. Right from it’s costumes, hairstyles, music, to the sets the era is depicted in everything.

Anurag Kashyap took to Twitter to reveal the making of ‘Bombay Velvet’. He has highlighted the making of the sets in Sri Lanka. The makers have even made a liberal use of VFX to bring the bygone era back to life. Last and not the least the video depicts trivial details too, of how much work and how many people worked to complete the movie.

‘Bombay Velvet’ stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and Kay Kay Menon in leading roles. It also marks the debut of a Karan Johar in a villainous role. The movie is based on Gyan Prakash’s book ‘Mumbai Fables’.
