Ranveer Singh : I locked myself in a hotel room for 3 weeks

The recent heartthrob of Bollywood ‘Ranveer Singh‘ is currently working on his big upcoming project ‘Bajirao Mastani’ which is slated to release on 18 December 2015. In a recent interaction with the media Ranveer revealed that he locked himself in a room for three weeks.

Was ‘Bajirao Mastani’ the reason why Ranveer took such a step or there is some other reason?
