Sonal Chauhan takes on 30 Day ‘Ab’ Challenge!

‘Jannat’ actress Sonal Chauhan is giving some goals for the youngsters. The beauty who was recently spotted in a single music video with Ankit Tiwari titled ‘Badtameez‘ is also shooting round the clock for her upcoming flick. In between a full diary, the actress even managed to watch the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Looks like all the travelling and promotional activities have taken a toll on Sonal’s awesome bod. The beauty has now taken up a 30 Day ‘Ab’ Challenge!

Sonal said, “My workouts had gone for a toss due to the travelling and the shoot and more. So I finally decided to get back and put a fixed goal in mind which I have to achieve in 30 days. The ‘Ab’ Challenge is just that. I do this very often and I find it extremely motivating to give myself targets that enable me to reach the goal.”
