Aamir Khan finally reacts to Kangana Ranaut’s accusations on him for not supporting ‘Manikarnika’

Aamir Khan is celebrating his 54th birthday today amidst much fanfare. The seasoned actor celebrated this joyous occasion in the company of his wife Kiran Rao and media. While interacting with the media, Aamir made a statement regarding Kangana Ranaut.

The ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ actor was asked about Kangana Ranaut’s statement that he didn’t support her while she was struggling for ‘Manikarnika’. On this, Aamir Khan said, “I didn’t know about it as she never told it to me. When I will get to meet her, I will ask her.”

Kangana Ranaut’s magnum opus ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ has been tangled in a lot of controversies even before its release. The national-award winning actress has taken on the big names from the industry for not supporting her and letting her down.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Kangana had said that no one supported her and also said that she went all the way for Aamir to support him at the time of ‘Dangal’ and ‘Secret Superstar’.

The mercurial actress said, “When Aamir called me for ‘Dangal’, ‘Secret Superstar’, I went all the way to Ambani’s house. ‘Dangal’, for me, was a film about women empowerment. But they don’t have time for any of my trails. I have two-three films coming up, but I don’t expect people to write about them.”

We hope that Aamir and Kangana can sort out their issues or misunderstanding by meeting in person.
