Ajay Devgn shares a BTS video as he gives a peek into the dark world of Rudra- Watch

Actor Ajay Devgn is all set to make his digital debut with Disney+ Hotstar’s Rudra: The Edge of Darkness and on Tuesday, the actor dropped a little behind-the-scenes video of Rudra on his Instagram account which looks pretty intriguing. In the BTS video, Ajay treats us to the dark and unjust world of Rudra which is filled with chaos and complications. Though not much is revealed in the small video, it promises to be power-packed and intense if anything.

We also get glimpses of Esha Deol, Atul Kulkarni, Ashish Vidyarthi, Raashii Khanna. Sharing the little glimpse of the same on his page, Ajay captioned it with, “A peek into Rudra’s dark and unjust world. #Rudra coming soon on @disneyplushotstar” Earlier, Devgn had shared the trailer of the series which looked pretty intense and intriguing. For unversed, Rudra is an official Hindi remake of the hit BBC series Luther, starring Idris Elba. In the original series, Elba’s character is a brilliant, driven, and obsessed cop whereas Ajay will play the titular role.

Talking about his debut on the OTT platform, Ajay Devgn said in a statement, “The world of digital streaming has always fascinated me, and I am excited to make my digital acting debut into long-format content with a riveting character and title such as Rudra. What enticed me about the character is his nuanced, multi-faceted personality and his grit; something that viewers have never witnessed before at this scale in Indian entertainment.”

Ajay and Esha are coming together after Main Aisa Hi Hoo, Kaal. Rudra: The Edge of Darkness is directed by Rajesh Mapuskar and will release soon on Disney+ Hotstar.
