Akshay Kumar, Dhanush, Sara Ali Khan starrer Atrangi Re sets new records, Here’s how

Actors Akshay Kumar, Dhanush and Sara Ali starrer Atrangi Re which was released on December 24 on Disney+ Hotstar is being loved by many. Now, it is reported that the film has set new records and it looks pretty exciting. Reportedly, Aanand L Rai’s film has become the most-watched film on the OTT platform. Viewers are bestowing their love for the magical duo of Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar’s outstanding performance, thus making it the most-watched film. It has clocked in the highest-ever viewership despite being leaked online. The film was released on torrent websites by none other than TamilRockers.

Meanwhile, right after the film was released, Sara who played the role of Rinku Sooryavanshi penned a long and emotional note on her Instagram while thanking him for giving the opportunity. A part of the note read, “Pehle Rinku aapki thi, phir meri, ab sabki hai Sir I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank you enough for giving me Rinku. But thank you for trusting me and giving me this opportunity. Thank you for teaching me how to love myself, thank you for making me believe in myself at a time when my confidence was at its lowest, thank you for teaching me our imperfections make us human. Bollywood Bubble gave Aanand L Rai directorial venture 3.5 stars. A part of the review read, “Atrangi Re in the literal sense means being different, being unique, being yourself! When I first heard the title, I wondered what is this unique director Aanand L Rai is talking about in the movie. Never had I thought what it meant when I watched the movie. Even as it became predictable after a certain twist, the ocean of emotions portrayed kept the boat sailing with a few high tides which did not disrupt the sail.”
