‘Laxmmi Bomb’ first look: Akshay Kumar steps out of his comfort zone with this never-seen-before avatar

Trust Akshay Kumar to push the envelope with his films and he will never disappoint you. The actor will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in Raghava Lawrence’s upcoming horror-comedy ‘Laxmmi Bomb‘. Kumar dropped his first look from the film today.

On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Akshay treated his fans and followers with his first look from ‘Laxmmi Bomb’. Sharing the still, Akshay wrote, “Navratri is about bowing to the inner goddess and celebrating your limitless strength. On this auspicious occasion, I am sharing with you my look as Laxmmi. A character I am both excited and nervous about… but then life begins at the end of our comfort zone…isn’t it? #LaxmmiBomb(sic)”

And we must tell you, Akshay indeed has stepped out of his comfort zone as we see him clad in a saree and standing in front of the deity Durga and intensely staring at the camera. This look is commendable as it will capture your attention instantly. Kudos to the make-up team and Akshay for trying out something novel.

The film is produced by Cape of Good Films in association with Shabinaa Entertainment & Tusshar Entertainment House. It also stars Kiara Advani in the lead role.

‘Laxmmi Bomb’ is Hindi remake of Tamil film ‘Muni 2: Kanchana’ and is scheduled to hit the screens on June 5, 2020.
