Sadhguru responded with a smile, “A worried parent is not a good parent.” He advised Alia to avoid excessive worry about her child, warning that anxiety does not lead to positive outcomes. The audience erupted in laughter at his remark. Tilting her head, Alia humorously remarked, “I don’t think you can completely eliminate worry from parenthood. I think you [Sadhguru] would agree.”
